Sky Service Pros provides commercial and residential cleaning services, including janitorial service, window washing, electrostatic disinfecting and deodorizing, and post-construction cleaning, primarily serving Northern Colorado. Service availability, scope, and pricing are confirmed at the time of quote and may vary by location, property size, and condition.
Quotes and Estimates
- Quotes requested through the Site are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to confirmation upon on-site assessment.
- Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if actual conditions differ from what was described.
- Quotes are valid for a limited time and may expire; contact us to confirm current pricing before booking.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed directly with the customer.
- We ask for reasonable advance notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Payment

- Customers should disclose any known hazards, fragile items, or areas requiring special care prior to service.
